I needed to sell a rental property fairly quickly this year and needed someone I could rely on who would work `totally` with my best interests at heart. I am happy to say that Jackson came through with flying colours, and in fact I believe went over and above my initial expectations.
Jackson negotiated my asking price successfully and ensured that settlement was as `hassle-free` as possible by liasing with the tenants of the property, the managing real estate agents as well as the new owners.
Jackson was always available to give me unrelated `real estate` advise when I needed it (which was often) and was happy to talk to me at any time with any questions I had about selling / buying real estate. Jackson also worked around me as I work full time and that was invaluable to me, as I did not have to worry about scheduling time off work to accommodate a real estate agent. Thanks Jackson.
