Born and bred in Geelong my working career spans over 30 years working in retail, printing, education and currently real estate. In all these areas my major focus as a Change manager revolved around every company’s major asset – their people. Drawing the best out of people has been at the forefront of my working life and in real estate it is all about knowing the people you are working with and facilitating the best outcomes for them whilst maintaining a professional relationship and high level of service. I feel these are my best attributes. My own hobbies include mountain bike riding, fishing and music.
