James was born and raised in Geelong and in 1999 after studying and working in Melbourne, made Real Estate his focus and started with the family business.

A fully licensed agent, James regularly updates his knowledge and skills by continually taking part in training seminars in such areas as advanced selling strategies, ethics and negotiation.

When it comes to selling Real Estate, he understands the importance of developing and maintaining a good working relationship with his owners and prospective purchasers. James is committed to maintaining flexible working hours to make this happen. Through study and hard work, James has developed excellent communication skills, which he employs to keep his clients well informed and effectively negotiate property sales.
