First things first, we need to set the mood and vibe in your house to the potential buyer. It’s a no brainer, but you need to have the basic flow of style upon entry until exit. What’s the first thing you notice when you enter someones home? Is it the run of timber, the lush throw rugs draping over chairs or couches, a certain cultural theme, or beautiful prints catching your eye? Whatever the vibe keep it simplistic and not too over the top, people need to imagine themselves in your home, everyone wants to see the possibilities of how they can make your house potentially their own.
It’s the little things…
