As stated in our selling information, Wilsons don’t aim to be the biggest, but we do aim to be the best. We understand that unless our Landlords receive quality service and the best rental outcomes available, it doesn’t matter what’s said, it’s the actions behind the spoken words that are important.
Negotiation lies at the core of good rental management and so does good process. Our property manager, Andy Graham, regularly trains and hones his skills with the company’s sales team to ensure that he negotiates correctly on behalf of his clients and secures the best possible outcomes.
We are all a part of a team at Wilsons, working together with the common goal of having ‘clients for life’. After 40 years, we’re not quite there, but we’re getting close!
